Hi! I'm Debra Lamb, and I'm a psychic, clairvoyant and spiritual counselor. I'm also an energy healing practitioner and past life regressionist. Most of us are overworked, overstressed, and many times overcome with anxiety. We are constantly under pressure from bosses, teachers, family members, even friends, to perform and/or behave in a manner which may go against our natural grain, or ethics. Taking the time out for ourselves can prove difficult with our busy schedules, and getting actual "quiet time" is even harder when a funny, or engrossing program is just a click away.
